Terms and Conditions

1. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person. A confirmation may be required to secure your slot.
  • Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty.
  • No-Show/Late Cancellation Fee: Clients who miss their appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the service fee.

2. Late Arrivals

  • Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or rescheduling, subject to availability. Late arrivals may still be charged the full service price.

3. Payments & Refunds

  • Full payment is due at the time of service. We accept [list payment methods, e.g., cash, credit/debit cards, etc.].
  • Gift Cards/Vouchers: Must be presented at the time of service and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
  • Refunds: Services are non-refundable, but concerns may be addressed with management for potential resolution.

4. Health & Safety

  • Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to treatment.
  • The salon reserves the right to refuse service for safety or hygiene reasons.

5. Children & Guests

  • For safety reasons, children under 12 must be supervised by an adult and cannot accompany clients during treatments unless approved.

6. Personal Belongings

  • The salon is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

7. Right to Refuse Service

  • The salon reserves the right to terminate services for inappropriate behavior, intoxication, or violation of policies.

8. Privacy Policy

  • Client information is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
